In the <\/span>March<\/span> In 2022, the M\u00fchlenhofschule took part in a voluntary school feedback survey organized by the Schleswig-Holstein Ministry of Education <\/span>under the direction of the IQSH <\/span>offered. The aim of the school feedback was to obtain neutral external feedback on the daily work performed, as well as support for school and teaching development. For this purpose, a four-person team of experts visited the M\u00fchlenhof School for two days. The team gained a detailed impression of the spatial conditions, observed several teaching units in all grades, and conducted interviews with the school administration, teachers, <\/span>the parents, the students<\/span> and other school staff. In addition, <\/span>in all mentioned groups <\/span>Online surveys <\/span> carried out<\/span> and evaluated. <\/span><\/p>\n

On <\/span>08.09.2022<\/span> The results of the feedback were presented to the school at a closing event in the M\u00fchlenhofschule gymnasium. Lutz Friemann, the Neum\u00fcnster School Board member, representatives of the Neum\u00fcnster School Board, <\/span>Ms. Jan\u00dfen,<\/span> Parent representatives, teachers and employees of the M\u00fchlenhofschule took part.<\/span><\/p>\n

The school received a lot of praise from the expert team, including for its<\/span>an appreciative and committed<\/span> The way they interact with their students and the positive working atmosphere within the teaching staff were also highlighted. Parents also expressed their satisfaction with the dedication and work of the teaching staff at the event.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to the many positive feedback, the school also received impulses for further work on improving the quality of teaching and suggestions on which topics should be given more attention in the area of school development. <\/span>could<\/span>. <\/span><\/p>\n
