My name is Michaela Grünberg, I am a social pedagogue and work here at the Mühlenhof School as a school social worker.
What do I do?
- Support for children and teachers during lessons
- Supporting the individual and social development of children
- Training programs for classes, small groups and individual children to promote social skills (conflict behavior, positive communication, self-confidence, self-esteem, …)
- Support in conflict situations
- Counselling for children with problems at school or during leisure time
- Regular exchange with teachers, consultation and joint setting of goals.
- Advice and support for parents in all situations, referral to support services
- Participation in school development
- Networking in the school and extracurricular sectors
- Support for school projects
Projects I am currently managing:
- Chopping club for the 4th grade
- Games Club for 3rd and 4th grade students
- Break box teams of the 4th grade
- Class representatives in years 2 to 4
- Monthly parents' coffee hour
I work neutrally, confidentially, preventively and on a voluntary basis.
