On July 2nd and 3rd, several classes went on a trip together to the Trappenkamp Adventure Forest.
After a short journey by coach, the first highlight of the day quickly followed: a flight demonstration of various birds of prey. In the arena, the children were able to watch a snowy owl, an eagle owl, a buzzard, and a golden eagle, among others, in live flight.
The birds flew directly over the children's heads, allowing them to observe them up close. A thrilling experience!
We also visited the wild boars and their piglets, and some of the children even fed the goats.
The large grounds also provided plenty of time for children to play outdoors. Several slides, climbing towers, tunnels, a water playground, and a zip line provided plenty of entertainment until the afternoon.
We are delighted that, with the help of the Mühlenhof School's Friends Association, we were able to make this wonderful trip possible for all children!
